For Breakfast you might try The Williams House "Bacon Potato Strata" which is served with "Pineapple Breakfast Dessert" topped with ice cream. Or there's the Three Cheese Spinach and Egg Casserole, a favorite at the Hoyt House. The Ash St. Inn features their recipe for Mushroom and Artichoke Strata as well as Autumn Eggs with Potatoes.

In addition, there are recipes for side dishes like Apple Maple Sausages, Cheese Grits and Hobo Potatoes. Or enjoy such fruit concoctions as The Addison's Cream-Filled Strawberries, Cinnamon Baked Grapefruit or Pears Extraordinaire.
